I don't know about the rest of you, but having just sat there for 2 hours scoring for the ladies, I didn't think 10 minutes was enough time to warm up. RSS are always strong and you can see a few obvious errors in our game in the video. It's probably a good one to watch to see where we can improve. Anyway, our second loss of the season and our first 3:0 loss for a long time.

The ladies lost away to a strong Harriers team on Sunday.

The men won 3-1 (again) tonight against Welwyn with a rather tasty score of 18-25, 25-12, 25-8 and 25-10 (I think).

The ladies team have turned the corner by beating WHVC 3-1 this afternoon. Real team effort, great blocking by Jayne, Katie's hitting is back on form, as was Karen's and Pilar's. Alex had a good all round performance, and Olga some impressive serving. So much more enjoyable, and we even have a new chant c/o Pilar. Next stop Barnet on Wednesday...

The ladies lost 3-0 against an ever-strong Watford team at home yesterday. They got to double figures in all sets, so a good improvement on previous matches.

The men won 3-0 away to Vale Pirates, coming from behind several times to take the victory.
