This really tears me apart to say, but the committee has made a difficult decision to end all volleyball at the club for the foreseeable future. 

This decision has been taken as a result of the latest government advice to avoid all non-essential contact. In addition, Volleyball England and Herts Volleyball Association have ended their competitions. This means that all county league and cup volleyball activities have been cancelled with immediate effect until 20 May 2020. 

As a result, there will not be any more training and matches on Sundays and social volleyball on Thursdays until further notice. The scheduled Meetup events and Teamer matches will be cancelled.

Cancelling these hall bookings will impact on club finances. To those who paid their full fees (i.e. without a discount) and require a partial refund then let me or any of the other committee members (included on this email) know. 

There is still a lot of uncertainty and we will provide a further update when we know more.
